I have this room for 3 years and not use it every day, it still seems new. I put in the dishwasher semi regularly. Chantal NOT use an anti-adhesive and is considered a very healthy choice by professionals nutrition. In addition, you will notice that there is no need for coating, because the food comes from light. I know firsthand, because I know, burn the food. So I have nothing to put other cookware high quality, compared with 2 pieces of Chantal. I hope to buy a complete setIf my finances allow me.

I ordered this book because I Calphalon Cookware and love.
When I came, I got my grill, I could not wait to use it. I grilled burgers, which I normally do in a pan. I am surprised by the results and taste delicious burgers looked like they came from a traditional gas grill. Cleaning was easy!
I love this product, treat the magnificent, even if it doubled the cost to me.

We bought this set in another place.

When you open the box and see the new one, you'll be delighted. Especially if your old record that has been replaced simply awful.

But after that you had while you, that possession requires beginning to recognize this set of cookware much effort on your part to keep the search for Nice.

The soil is slightly darker and require constant attention, so they look good.

On this particular rate, the biggest potThe interior was bubbled. Well .... Each day we do not cook in this house, and it took only a few months after starting to flake off inside the pan.

We had to go buy all new equipment and special washing machines, etc. to clean the pans. Most of the things we had in our drawers simply do not work well with this set. Stick a fork in metal, and when he finished!

Remember, dishwasher .... NO, no metal utensils without harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubber NO, NOT cooking spray, NOThe stacks of pans, no contact with other surfaces or scratch off!

In brief .... these pans take all your attention, but if you buy something worthwhile, you are ready to devote more time and energy to take care of him.

I have this at Target (29.98 pan on sale) when you buy the pots, cast-iron Lodge. It is also the melting of ceramic coating, it is healthy and stick to it as not on your food with harmful chemicals such as scales, stainless steel, Teflon, etc. I wouldnt sausage today and I resting in a position to cook, clean some of the burned bodies, but it cleaned like a charm! I love my Lodge frying pans, but it has a little red!

It's the best I T-fal! This set is far from professional thicker and heavier than all my other T-FAL. The non-stick pans and floors are made of stainless steel. They evacuated the cover glass thick cushion and grip handles. Also, the pan handle with 2 rivets are more stable than most cups, which is a screw in danger of losing as opposed to share. I would definitely buy this new business line. I have tried many brands of cookware and I love T-fal best. I'm hard on my cookware, becauseI cook and can permanently keep T-FAL-up. I buy T-Fal, individually or in groups that I add ... I love it!

This basin is described. Soon back on the floor caused some concern to me would think first, sauces stick and accumulate in them, but Pan has proven 3 times over the last 3 weeks. I had a different cover (the type as appropriate) in each cup to make a good seal, the CAP has been locking holes which can not be closed. I want to see it, but certainly not necessary to the effort of pasta.

I had hoped that more and more pan, it would be easier to cook mylarge meal, but I think that until the enlargement of my meals, which led the size (smile) square. That's okay, I love ruins.

I bought a Calphalon tri both down about 5 years Cookware and love to build, weight, quality and longevity. The handles are not easy to keep warm, and take quite natural. Also with professional results to a boil. I bought a lot of extra parts open, and this is my favorite by far. Qt 2.5 which is probably my most used room, but that little 1 quart is perfect for small meals for one. My only complaint about this is that it does not come with the lid.

There is very little I can say it's a bad press, but I'm going to fall his way.

- Installation is not quite as easy for non-functioning hands. I suffer from arthritis in his hands and the assembly was a little hard to swallow, especially with the "there on the edge" style recommended by the manufacturer. It is best to let each edge of a count that weigh on the side, hand turn the nut on the bolt, then tighten with a screwdriver and wrench.

- Ito understand the nuts in this article, but man I miss the days of open circular nuts topped. Those who are accompanying a little hard to correct, without feeling that you're done, go inside the mother or the end of the band saw.

That is all bad. Seriously, two bad things about this article and both are available to the Assembly, where they work without hesitation hands perfect. Otherwise, this position is great. It is already known, but also instructionsState spray a little add-on vegetable oil to the cooking element before and after each wash / Busch, which is a good idea. As an experiment, or even experience does not mean you have a question to collect grease for life and does not wash.

The weight of the article is nice, but perhaps a little too much for them to make grilled cheese on white bread, as it flattens the sandwich, especially when the bread and butter, as I do. If you want your grilled cheese sandwiches as flat as can beWorried about how this is your savior. I love everything bang! I'm certainly a control system in the 12 "size.

The xcaliber non-stick coating is guaranteed for 25 years and is resistant to use metal. If you're like me, sometimes you do not forget metal pan to your use of anti-adhesive, and OOPS! She scratched. Not this game. It is also the most beautiful "wok", which I never used. The flat bottom is great and the sides are high, so it's like a real wok. The only thing missing is a refractoryhandle.

A word about cleaning: the pan goes on "Wipe Out" cleaning test (if you can watch home shopping demos you what I mean). I have another non-stick pan, very nice, but really, I must seize the meat and then crank the heat of things a little stick. Not with this party. Because they are not three times smaller, it heats up quickly and I can still wipe around with a damp paper towel (yes, I actually do, washing with soap and water, I I was just trying to see ifit really was).

If you opt for quick cooking and easy cleaning, this is your cup. Also I should mention that most non-stick pans will not take long before you open the real heat, sear meat or how many of you, the more heat than necessary. And what happens to the nonstick surface over time is that it repeats itself with this "overheating" break, no matter how you take care of that. With this mold, I never use over medium heat,and generally use less.
For price and warranty and ease of handling and cleaning, I say "Two thumbs up"

I Zen-cooker as a gift from a friend. I asked him some N Ziploc Zip 'Steam bags to buy for me as I lived in a small studio, but there was a microwave in the communal kitchen, which I very often, especially for vegetables steam, so I came home late from class. Instead, give me the Zip 'N Steam bags, she bought me the Zen stove, and I could not be happier.

I never thought you to make roasted potatoes perfect in about 7Minutes or rice within 20 minutes (microwave !!!). It is also great for broccoli, beans, spinach, carrots or other vegetable you can imagine. She washed the place into the container after it was (and peeled if necessary), and Zap It! No need to add water or sauce unless you want to like the food in water vapor. Thus, all the vitamins and minerals are preserved in the oven, so you can cook healthy retaining more essential nutrients, whileat the same time save valuable time (POP it back in the microwave and just when it is finished!) and prepare fresh, healthy foods and not drowned in heavy sauces, sauces and oils for flavor. Zen-cook when you are fresh vegetables and fresh and the taste is gone. You can also use spices or herbs to taste more flavor and depth to add flavor.

What the other reviewers comments, I agree that if you plan to dine with youmust be an element at a time, heat, and in time the other foods are prepared, the first food that you cooked cooled considerably. I prefer it to the vapors of roots and leafy vegetables and do not use it to prepare all meals. I can imagine that if you want a dish of rice with meat and vegetables to make, but it would be possible. Drag the time that you were the meat to cook the rice to cook. Add the rice first and let cookfor the number of minutes, less time to cook the meat, then add the meat and vegetables and sauce, and voila! A delicious fried food type made in the microwave. These are, of course, in my opinion, these considerations do attemnpted with Zen Stove.

The price is a little steep, but this stove is manufactured in Japan and is very stable and well developed. It is a beautiful, elegant, quality equipment, I strongly recommend anyone who loves comfortKitchen with microwave (especially in summer when a tasty dish without paper) on the stove, with the health benefits of a steamer.

We have this impudent as a wedding gift from a friend, and she really knew what she was doing when she bought this pan! The distribution of heat on this thing is incredible, if you do not get hot "typical" and "cold" places as you would with cheaper cookware. The weight is considerable, but not too much to wash a little person like me to handle, lift, or hand. The small air hole in the lid is a train to Nice, and colors (we really flame) around to brighten yourKitchen. It's worth the money to buy the stove, especially since it is a 101 year warranty.

Verrrrry I am satisfied with this part. I have a ton of research and was almost set to buy the All-Clad roaster. However, my partner with me to BB & B and do not let me pull the trigger. Luckily I showed him that it was the first installment of 129 not blow so much and we shopped. I do not regret one bit! Cook's Illustrated has not led me wrong. It is a kind of lightweight and durable / strong together. I roasted a 5-coast beef rib roast, in this case, the first of the burnOutside in the pan over two burners and roast for 3 + hours. It turned out perfectly and my gravy in this case was to die! I miss the All-Clad at all - in fact, after the lifting of the pan into the store, like they had a roast in it! Also, I hear reports that it has temporarily takes on the stove. You will not regret obtaining this part. Roast happy!

My first cookware stainless steel. This set is beautiful. not the best game available, but a good price. Ad says it is baked, but really only reach 350 degrees, but who needs to cook at a higher? You want a pair of Teflon pans in your collection for items that do not do well on stainless steel. I love the game, but my only criticism that the desire to match one, the bowls are wider and not the pasta colander, as I expected and I still use it.
Overall a good series for the price

Almost everything on the pressure cooker is very good and I think anyone who has not tried to pressure cooking by the great cookbooks Lorna Sass or recipes and techniques I [...] With cookers found that I can meet or exceed the cooking time can use my microwave, which came as a surprise.

The only quibble I have with him the fact that there are parts and accessories not readily available (as with all ranges of other competing brands.) If you do not, you need partssearch for it online, if not in your local store like Macy's or I would have rated these 5 stars are in stock!

I'm in Concord, CA area where the product was available, but not the poems and I had to search for them online. I quickly discovered that all parties, including any additional treatment after the cover of firing, the relief valve pressure regulators in May, security and party with backup seals by Fagor directly via e-mail that the investment is purchased[...] with the pressure cooker by entering your model number.

If a dealer reading this, listen! Your customers want to be able to buy after market parts, a seal and a pressure regulator sufficient basis?

I have the entire 11-room, and were not disappointed. Cooking is fun in this set and it is very functional and well designed in every detail. It looks great on the hob and the food to stay warm in the time after he came out of the pan cooker.It expensive, but as a good mattress and a pair of shoes is something you will use several times a day every day and therefore the cost of this examination is reasonable as a guide. Perfect for browning, braising and stewing large batches of chicken, pork, lamb or the like. It is a very heavy pot - this makes it ideal for browning the meat (Maillard reaction), they are simmered in wine, broth and Poix ground (carrots, celery and onion) and lots of garlic.

This is now my standard "simmer and braise pot and replaced my 7.25 liter Le Creuset French oven. It may make more and is easier to clean. Meat, it is much broader and turns brownfaster.

Granted, back with 13.5 inches cover these Rondeau you $ 180, it will pay for itself in only 2 outings with the family is a typical restaurant.

It's my best pot to cook a meal for my 3 hungry boys and their friends. I love it.

Purchased on a whim, because I love corn bread and wanted the recipe book. It includes the establishment of pan with a handle and more than 40 recipes for cornbread. All recipes are rather cassarole dishes of corn bread as an ingredient. At first glance, I was disappointed, but after one (Skillet Chicken Enchiladas), I am eager to try each. It was wonderful.

This is a perfect gift for someone getting started in the kitchen or likes pancakes.

I use a recipe for drop biscuits that ledger pot cooking (if you want southern cooking as I do) Lodge a pot full of traditional Southern Lodge Cast Iron Recipes and Memories Cookbook. The recipe specified 30 minutes, which is so much about the 450th time I've put up 20 minutes and they are perfect every time. They are virtually out of the pan, if it is well seasoned skillet. Never place a cookie does not even have a spec in the pan. So, I drive now seldom cookies.
Since I do not want to spray I use after each rinse with warm water and brush, rigid plastic, dry well in / out, heated to heat the larger cooktop stove burner and a broom in the together with bacon before boarding. Let heat for a few minutes then turn off heat. Brush the melted fat to the entire cooking surface. Let the back burner until it lint free paper towel to remove excess oil to the touch. If you are not your cup very often, notUse lard or other oils as they will go rancid after a short period. If you do not plan to use soon, I'd be on something like cake pressed coconut oil or palm oil recommended (organic fat I have is mechanically pressed palm oil), because they do not bad for a very long time.

One critic has suggested that part of preheating. I've never done before, and I think it is useless. Just my preference, I think. I preheat the 10 "skillet in the oven with lard in their taskCornbread, which I rarely more, because my mother gave me a great recipe a few years ago with the Lodge Skillet 8 "to make the cornbread on the stove. I'll put the recipe on this issue in a few minutes. You may never "cook" Corn Bread, if you try it.

It is preferable to fresh greens with chips, no discoloration choose wilting, bruises or other spots.

You should always remove the stems and roots. In place of storage of paper towel in a plastic bag or airtight container when wet, make sure you do not get wet. Put the unwashed greens in a bag and usually for a maximum of five days in the refrigerator. An exception must be rinsed before storing iceberg lettuce, remove cores, and upside down and underwater, where the core was rinsed and then leftprevent back on the drains.

Shake vigorously the use of green under cold water and excess and most of the moisture so that the salad dressings will hang and not dilute your dressing. A good way to dry green is to use a salad spinner too.

Once dry, the Greens are ready to eat one or the other or if the storage and the gently rolling green in wet paper towels and plastic bags as long as eight hours.

Always tear greens into bite-size fingerPieces, not cut, because it makes it green, then go soft and dark edges. You can use a knife when eating the salad immediately, without any residue. If you are a knife, then you might want to get a salad in a plastic serrated knife.

Because tomatoes are watery, you just wait before starting to add any tomatoes when you add any small cherry or grape tomatoes. When you add to your salad of tomatoes and keep them for any time of the saladrosewater.

When you prepare a salad with dressing, do not add dressing just before serving salad to prevent too pasty. If you plan to use the remaining dressing on the side for your salad remains not too mushy.

This is clean, by far the best pan I. This is an incredible height, you can cook everything in it and not worry about overflow. Also, I was afraid because he is so great, and I have a pan small enough (because I'm apt) he did not live to cook evenly. But I was so wrong! Even on the burner under-dimensioned, the pan evenly all cooks. And could not clean more easily. I recommend the pan on a search for a piece of quality at a great price.

As a leader, every time I go to a restaurant, I try to eat the ingredients of the dish, I suppose. In fact, over the years, I even made my own version of some dishes that I find quite good, and they were the favorites of my family and friends.

I like the size, shape, color and surface of the product, but there are things I would have been considered. First, the bottom of the dish is not glazed, so it stains easily, just a matter of them in the oven brands that do not.
